The unfortunate residents along East 1st Avenue should scream
a whole bunch louder for the way the city mistreats them.

In my opinion, the City of Vancouver should provide residents
who live on major roads/highways with soundproof fences or
offer financial aid to protect them from major noise and
pollution.
